Uprite Construction, in partnership with Advantech-North America, Herdman Architects, Alex Tu, and Covenant, proudly completed the Advantech North American Headquarters project in Tustin, California. We are honored to have been selected by Advantech as their trusted construction partner to bring this landmark project to life in the shadow of the last remaining historic blimp hangar at the former Marine Corps Air Station Tustin.

The completed project consists of a new 110,000 SQ. FT., six-story headquarters office tower featuring fully built-out offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, kitchens, a full-size auditorium, and more. The development also includes an 80,00SQ. FT., two-story industrial tilt-up building complete with warehouse space and tenant improvements. As one of the most high-profile construction projects in Orange County in recent years, this development represents a significant milestone for Advantech and Uprite Construction, and we are proud to have played a leading role in its successful completion.
