The project involves the full demolition of the eastern office building—over 18,000 square feet—and demolition of the northern concrete wall as part of a strategic reduction in footprint to better support future operations of the completed facility. Uprite will be raising the roof height from 25 feet to just over 41 feet, along with structural upgrades, ESFR fire protection, a refreshed façade, and all-new sitework and parking.
